Privacy Policy

SellCopyApp ("we", "us", "our") runs free AI copywriting tools in your browser. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the site, how third-party AI and analytics are used, and what we do — and do not — store.

1. Information we collect

SellCopyApp does not require an account, so we do not collect a name, email or password to use the tools. The product details, text and images you enter are processed to give you a result and are not saved to our servers.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit) to keep the site running and secure.

2. How we use information

• To generate the copy, titles, tags or rewrites you request.
• To keep the website secure, stable and fast.
• To understand, in aggregate, which tools and pages are used so we can improve them.

We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

3. AI processing (important)

When you click Generate — or upload a product photo — the text and/or image you submit is sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence service (Pollinations AI) so it can produce your result. We do not store that text or image on our own servers.

• The AI provider processes the request only to return an answer.
• Because your input leaves our page to reach the AI, do not paste confidential information, passwords, private customer data, or anything sensitive.
• AI outputs are machine-generated drafts. They may contain mistakes, so review them before publishing.

The AI provider has its own data practices; by using the tools you also accept that your prompt is handled by that service to fulfil your request.

4. Cookies & local storage

SellCopyApp itself sets no tracking cookies. The tools run in your browser and do not save your inputs between visits.

• Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set essential cookies needed to deliver the site.
• If we enable an analytics tool (see below), it may use a small cookie or browser local storage to count visits.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The tools still work without cookies.

5. Analytics

We may use a privacy-focused analytics tool to measure traffic in aggregate — for example which pages are visited, the visitor's country and device type. This does not require an account and is not combined with personal identifiers. Its purpose is only to help us understand and improve the site.

6. Third-party services

To operate, the site relies on: the AI service (Pollinations AI) for generation, Netlify for hosting, and — if enabled — an analytics provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its part of the service.

7. Data retention

Because we do not store the text or images you submit, there is nothing of yours for us to retain. Technical logs kept by the host are deleted on their standard schedule. Analytics figures are kept in aggregate only.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to processing. Since we do not hold an account or your submitted inputs, most requests are already satisfied by design. For anything else, contact us and we will respond.

9. Children

The service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the tools or our providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised, and the current version always lives on this page.
