These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SellCopyApp and its free AI copywriting tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SellCopyApp provides free, browser-based tools that generate product descriptions, titles, tags, ad copy, email copy and related text using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided free of charge, without requiring an account, and on an "as is" basis.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or discriminatory.
• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Submit confidential, personal or sensitive data of others without permission.
• Overload, disrupt or attack the Service, or try to reverse-engineer it.

3. AI outputs & your responsibility

The Service produces machine-generated drafts. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular marketplace. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any output before you publish or use it, including checking it against each platform's rules (such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay or Shopify) and against applicable law.

We make no guarantee that generated copy will be accepted by any marketplace, rank in search, or achieve any sales result.

4. Intellectual property

• Your content: The text you generate is yours to use. We claim no ownership over the outputs you create.
• Our content: The SellCopyApp name, logo, design, layout and code are ours (or our licensors') and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that the AI will always be reachable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellCopyApp and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, including from reliance on generated content. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service (which, for the free Service, is zero).

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including an AI provider (Pollinations AI) and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of those third parties. Your use of generated content that passes through the AI provider is also subject to that provider's terms.

8. Availability & termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. We may also restrict access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve any disagreement amicably first.
